All goods will be delivered within a maximum of 3 working weeks. If for any reason a delay is possible we will advise within 5 days.

Faulty goods must be reported within 24 hours of receiving them.

Any product which is returned due to a fault it is the responsibility of the customer to return the product in the same condition as it was received at their own cost, once the product has been recieved by us we will then provide a full refund within 48 hours.

Should a part on the chicken house product become faulty during its use it is at our discretion to the decision on whether a fault exists once we have seen photo evidence. Should we agree that a fault exists we will then supply the said part free of charge for the customer to fit to the house.

To keep the wood of a chicken house/run in good condition they must be treated annually with an oil based wood preservative or paint suitable for external wood.
